Outlets located at : Great World City, Orchard Central, VivoCity, Ngee Ann City, 100AM and PLQ. Henri Charpentier, famous popular Japanese patisserie chain is looking for retail staff right now.
5 working days a week. 40 working hours a week. Annual leave from 12 days. AWS paid in January. Medical and dental benefits provided.
- Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the operations of the Shop ensuring daily smooth operations
- Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistently
- Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers\' needs, complaints and enquiries
- Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
- Supervise services and catered events, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of service ware
- Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of shop operations
- Experience in F&B / Retail operations are advantages, preferably in luxury goods industry
- Well-groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- This position is hands-on, customer focused and such as we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertivenes
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Must have strong interests in Japanese Sweets culture
- Have passion to expand Sweets industry in Singapore
