We are a new Thai Restaurant / Cafe opening at Jalan Besar, looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew to join our team! As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus point but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work long hours and shifts including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and improve.
