De Cheng Xin Xing Trading Pte Ltd is the wholesaler of provision goods, canned food, rice, sugar, general foodstuff, selected dried seafood and food services provider with the mission to provide a one-stop food services supplier for Chinese cuisine restaurants and food outlets in Singapore.

Our sister company, Yi Qiang (Import & Export) Trading Pte Ltd, focus on import and export activities and provide food service solutions (groceries and provisions) to mainland Chinese restaurants and food eateries. We import goods directly from various countries like China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia.

In 2016, we started our first foray into Food & Beverage business by starting our first franchisee; Chateraise outlet in Chinatown Point. We have since have 16 outlets in various parts of Singapore. Our own King of Hotpot brand was started in 2018 at Punggol Oasis and Chinese themed restaurant, Grilled Fish, Fragrant Spicy Crab was added to our Food and Beverage business in October 2020.



Job description

Service crew members to greet and response to customers enquires who enter the business.

Service crew members to process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.

Service crew members to use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.

Service crew members to keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.

Service crew members to take stock, replenish stock, check stock expiry date and notify Outlet Manager when inventory levels begin to run low.

Service crew members to assist with food & beverage prep and serve them to customers (for dine-in Outlet)

Job Requirement

Maintain a professional image at the workplace.

Candidates without experience are welcomed as training will be provided.

Able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be service-oriented.
