Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Restaurant / F&B Retail
- Position Title: Service Crew / Kitchen Helper
- Working Location: Chinatown Point
- Working Hours: 6 days (11.00 am - 10.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 (Including OT + Allowance + Incentive)
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Greet and attend to walk-ins
- Manage queues
- Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables
- Provide excellent F&B service to guests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Assist in checking and restocking inventory as needed.
- Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Prior working experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with working on shift rotation.
- Staff meals are included.
