About Our ClientOur client is a premium tea beverage brand renowned for its high-quality, handcrafted tea drinks made from carefully selected ingredients. Our client is a multinational company (MNC) and has expanded its presence beyond its home country, establishing a global footprint with stores in various countries around the world.

  • Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, ordering raw materials, ingredients, supplies, and merchandise, and reducing waste and spoilage through effective inventory control.
  • Maintain high product quality and consistency by overseeing beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Keep the store in top condition, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
  • Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses, and develop strategies to maximize profitability and achieve store targets.
  • Communicate with Operations Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines by conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Analyze store performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and employee productivity, and prepare regular reports to communicate findings to management.
The Successful ApplicantExtensive Retail Management Experience: Proven track record in managing retail or store operations, including experience with inventory management, financial oversight, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to create a friendly and welcoming environment, promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Strong Leadership and Team Management: Skilled in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Financial Acumen: Proficient in monitoring store expenses, including labor costs and cost of goods sold, and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines, with the ability to conduct regular inspections and maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.What\'s on OfferThe successful applicant will be offered a competitive remuneration package.
