Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system
Serve food and beverages with efficiency and care
Ensure tables are clean, reset, and ready for the next guests
Handle guest inquiries and provide recommendations when needed
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and work stations
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times
Job Requirements:
Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field
Passionate about service; Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented
Good team player and self-motivated
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work on weekend
Compensation:
Working days: 4.5 days
- Working hours: Wed - Fri 12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sat 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sun 11am - 5pm
