Job Description
Brief description of the Restaurant Joah Korean Restaurant on Raffles Place in Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Chinatown is home to hot, fresh Korean food in a chilled, canteen-style environment. Formerly known as Gangnam Korean BBQ Restaurant, and recently given a serious facelift to become the Joah, the Korean team behind this much-loved local are doing great things in limited space to showcase the flavours of the Korean peninsula, particularly spicy chicken dishes and lashings of kimchi (a classic palate cleanser) to boot. Job Responsibilities
- Take orders, serve guests and clear tables.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Manage outlet inventory levels.
- Any other duties as assigned by Superiors.
- Relevant experience in the F&B industry is preferred (not mandatory)
- Able to operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine. (can learn company specific systems)
- Passionate, cheerful, service-oriented and an excellent team player.
- Enjoy interacting with customers, able to communicate effectively in Basic English and have good interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn new things
- Weekdays : 10am to 9pm (3pm to 5.30pm break and 2 times of meal provided)
- Saturday : 11am to 3pm
- Sunday and public holidays : Closed
