With 6 Retail Stores, an E-Commerce platform,5 Caf\xc3\xa9-Bistros, the Starter Lab Bakery Caf\xc3\xa9, & Bakery Factory, we now have more than 250 team members! Role of Service Crew:

• Warmly welcome and greet our customers to the caf\xc3\xa9 / bistro
• Will learn to possess good product knowledge and be well-versed in all our menu items served in the caf\xc3\xa9 / bistro
• Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
• Place orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system and help serve orders to the tables accurately
• Assist in clearing and resetting of tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the service station
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management relating to the service and cleanliness of the caf\xc3\xa9 / bistro

Skills and Abilities:

• Capable of providing excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
