Service Captain Work day: 5 days per week ( Mon - Sunday depend on shift) Outlets operation hours : 11am -10:30 pm (work base on shift) Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 Location: West Gate / Raffles City Service Captain Work day: 5 days per week ( Mon - Sunday depend on shift) Outlets operation hours : 11am -10:30 pm (work base on shift) Salary : $2,000 - $2,500 Location: West Gate / Raffles City / Vivo City / Katong Working location can be discuss (fixed) Job Responsibilities To provide excellent customer service to guest in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience. Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs. To adhere to service SOPs. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply. Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties. Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard. Execute any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience working in customer service. Able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
