Responsibilities
· Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to our guests · Attend to customer enquiries/feedback politely and professionally, and arrange for supervisors to attend to customers where necessary · Inform guests of current and upcoming promotions · Assist outlet team in ensuring smooth daily operations · Learn and perform job duties of all stations according to hygiene, safety, and SOP standards · Cut, cook, and prepare ingredients and hot food items · Prepare and produce beverage orders by mixing or machine · Take customer orders and key in accurately to point of sales machine · Display food products in glass display, assist to pick and pack selected food products for customers · Assist in dishwashing using machine where required · Defrost and bake bread and pastry products, add paste and toppings where necessary · Follow and ensure appropriate personal hygiene and sanitation procedures are met · Any other duties as assigned by Management Apply Now Report Job
