Established in 1971, Chatterbox, one of the oldest and most well-loved restaurants along Orchard road, home to the multi-award legendary Mandarin Chicken Rice. It was the first-ever hotel restaurant to serve hawker fare. Since then, chicken rice has evolved into one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s most celebrated & iconic dishes, and Chatterbox has kept its authenticity of the recipe and its time-honoured taste. Chatterbox has firmly established itself as a must-visit for both tourist and locals alike till this day. Other signature favourites include the Chatterbox Lobster Laksa and King Prawn Fried Hokkien Noodles. Chatterbox earned the Hall of Fame distinction as a Heritage Brand by Singapore Prestige Brand Award

• Assist Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead a team of service staff to ensure that service and food standards are maintained at all times.
• Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to our guests
• Responsible for the quality service, product and cleanliness of the outlet
• Respond to guest enquires and feedback in the most professional way
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsible, friendly and courteous services at all times
• Any other tasks as assigned by Outlet Manager

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of F&B work experience in similar capacity
• Preferably familiar in handling food delivery platforms; on-the-job trainings will be provided
• Willingness to work rotating shift hours, weekends and public holidays
• Possess great service attitude
• Passion for people & food
• Energetic team player
