Job Description
Working Days: 6 Days Working Hours: Up to 52 hours a week Working Location: Outram Park
Job responsibilities:
- To welcome customers with smile and warm hospitality
- Delivers food and drinks to customers in a timely fashion and offers description of food being served
- Familiarise with menu items (including food restrictions/ allergens/ religious needs)
- Interacts with customers for the purposes of reservations, order taking, responding to general enquiries, taking feedback, etc.
- Assists customers in planning what and how much to order and drinks recommendations
Requirement:
- Excellent multitasking ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries
- Ability to de-escalate tense interactions
- Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms
- Enthusiasm and lots of energy
