Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and explain menu to customers
  • Able to address customers\' concerns
  • Able to relate to people
  • Helps in taking reservations, answering the phone, replying to WhatsApp messages before and during service, responding to any guest requests etc
  • Welcome guests warmly to the restaurant
  • Be helpful, welcoming and pleasant towards each guest.
  • Acknowledge special occasions when notified by customer and keying it in the system for the booking.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and GM on the special requests of the week.
  • Assist other service crew with work including, but not limited to cleaning the tables, tidying up and setting silverware during service and getting ready for the next seating
  • Serve food & beverage to guest when required.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH WELL
  • Good people skills
- Likes to chat with customers
  • Good organizer and planner
  • Service-orientated
  • Ability to operate with flexibility and creativity.
  • Well-groomed
  • Proactively taking on additional responsibilities where required.
  • Can think out of the box
  • A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with customer service preferably at a hotel or a restaurant

BENEFITS
  • 5 day week/ 52 hours
  • $3000 to $4200 depending on experience
  • 12 days of AL (up till 17 days)
