Ensure that VIP rooms are clean and ready before the arrival of VIPs.
Should be on standby near the lounges prior to the arrival of VIPs.
Organize the magazines and ensure that updated periodicals are displayed.
Tidy up the VIP rooms after use such as clearing the cups, glasses, plates etc. upon departure of VIPs.
Prepare, serve and replenish food and beverages to VIPs.
Monitor, replenish and stock up the self-service bars in the lounge and the trolley in every VIP rooms.
Raise Central Collection Form for use of the self-service bars by guests according to their usage.
Maintain overall cleanliness of pantry, along with proper storage practice.
Replace used/wet hands and face towels.
Any ad-hoc functions as directed by the Supervisor.
Any other duties as assigned by RMA representing Clients.
There must be at least 01 (one) Service Crew on site for any shift during day-to-day operation with provided attire. 1st shift can only leave after the 2nd shift staff has arrived.
Working Hours 1st shift: 6am to 3pm 2nd shift: 3pm to 11pm or even midnight depending on when the VIP guests leave the complex lounges.
Transport Allowance You will be eligible to reimburse transport allowance capped at S$18.00 (Singapore Dollars Eighteen only) per day on first shift coverage requirement; and/or night shift after 12:00am upon Supervisor or Project Manager\'s approval. These taxi fares must be supported by paper receipts or e-receipts and submitted together with your timesheet at the end of the month. If taxi fare is lower than $18, then the reimbursement will be the lower fare according to the receipts.
