Job Responsibilities:

Plan, design and develop scope & deliverables, forming of team and defining budgets required as part of the service management

Proactively manage and monitor project\'s progress and resolving issues by applying appropriate corrective action.

Accountable for revenue recognition at different milestones of the project.)

Participate in tender, maintenance costing & quotation.

Uphold effective quality assurance and best deliverables

Involve in System transition and familiar with the Service Operation metrics and availability

Identify interdependencies, anticipate risks and constraints

Constantly keep abreast of latest technology changes to maintain operational efficiency.

Engage key stakeholders in decisions and execution effectively.

Provide strong leadership to manage and improve team performance.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent

ITIL certification preferred with strong understanding of general, service and technical management practices

Minimum 3-4 years of experience with successful records of accomplishment of multi-million dollars maintenance contracts

Experiences working with Government agencies, product vendors, service partners and sub-contractors

Good technical skills in engineering, computer and IT systems, and preferably in internet protocol technologies

Good knowledge of Systems Engineering

Able to handle complex Accounts, Migrations, On-boarding, technical challenges and different groups of users and external contractors

Possess strong analytical skills with positive attitude

Excellent communication, writing skills, interpersonal skills and able to work well at all levels

Strong vendor management in negotiation and collaboration

Strong in people management

Strong in negotiation with external and internal stakeholders

Excellent organizational, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills required

Highly motivated and self-driven to complete assignment with the limited resources and tight schedule
