Job Description


Service Delivery Manager - In this new role , you need to ensure precise and efficient service delivery. The method of carrying out the responsibility involves monitoring daily and overall progress, managing the project teams and budgets and resolving challenges. Also, they are responsible for consistent, effective and cost-worthy delivery. The SDM oversees the activities of the EUCD tower and provides rationale for decisions made.

You Will:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of End User Computing Devices management for Government agencies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Vendor Management and also be able to manage a team of close to 60 staff members.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Incident Management and conflict resolution.
  • Considerable knowledge of Government infrastructure and security aspects.
  • Provide technical leadership to onsite staff
  • Provide detailed guidance where necessary to the team
  • Training in general principles and areas of expertise
  • Evaluate the performance of personnel
  • Anticipate, develop, and implement solutions to current and future challenges that face the agency\'s EUCD environment
  • Understand and anticipate user perceptions of the computing environment relevant to areas of expertise
  • Keep abreast of the latest technological advances as they might affect and/or enhance the Faculty\'s computing environments
  • Be prepared to spend significant effort as senior staff, in addition to purely management duties
You Bring:
  • Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experiences in managing & leading a team
  • Strong experience in IT Infra Operation and Project Management
  • Experience working in Whole of Government (WOG) environment is preferred
  • Experience in managing end to end projects and managing client\'s expectation
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both written in English and good presentation skills
  • Good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
