About the job Service Engineer (2-stroke/4-stroke Engines)
Helping the department manager with daily tasks and serving as a positive role model by managing and supervising his subordinates with a positive attitude toward work, customers, the company, and job profitability at all times.
Carrying out his daily responsibilities, which include organizing the work scope, allocating personnel, determining the necessary tools, scheduling, evaluating, and carrying out maintenance and repair operations on diesel engines and the auxiliary equipment parts of two- and four-stroke engines.
Watch the work and make sure it\'s completed on schedule, within budget, and with the appropriate caliber.
Monitor and revise the delivery schedules and work progress for reconfigured components.
Examine safe and effective work practices in order to suggest updated or new equipment or procedures.
Requirements:
A minimum of a diploma in mechanical or marine engineering
5 years of experience working for engine manufacturers and in the marine, offshore, or power generation industries
