Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting storage system for problems, and ensuring storage systems are in good working order.

Repair:

Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage system.

Installation:

Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely and accordingly.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying the root cause of technical problems, resolving issues, and preventing future incidents.

Technical Support:

Providing guidance to users on how to operate storage system, answering technical questions, and assisting with software or hardware issues.

Documentation:

Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for storage system.

Qualification & Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent Minimum 1 years' experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work safely. Good communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
