Service Engineer (air Handling Unit)
Job Description
:Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site callsRecommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problemsAssuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issuesProvide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractorsRemain actively inv\xe2\x80\x8bolved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businessesUpdate Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the departmentJob RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systemsResourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skillsGood team player with ability to lead and multi-taskPossess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantageWorking Hours - Mon to Fri - 8am to 5.30pm
