Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in maintenance, service, and repair work of ACMV system / installation;
- Assist in management of assigned facilities;
- Liaise with clients and end user on maintenance issues, even after office hours;
- Attendance of complaint from client / end users;
- Assist in maintenance team administration;
- Planning of schedule and deployment of manpower;
- Preparation and submission of report / quotation and follow up with the necessity arrangement to complete the task;
- Coordination with sub-contractors, if any, on maintenance / repair / A&A works;
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company.
- Min. 5 yrs of related working experience in air conditioning industry.
- Min. ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Troubleshooting skills for various types of air conditioning systems.
- Possesses Class 3 driving license.
- Singaporean / Permanent Residential.
