Job Responsibilities * Assist in maintenance, service, and repair work of ACMV system / installation * Assist in management of assigned facilities * Liaise with clients and end user on mainte Job Responsibilities Assist in maintenance, service, and repair work of ACMV system / installation Assist in management of assigned facilities Liaise with clients and end user on maintenance issues, even after office hours Attendance of complaint from client / end users Assist in maintenance team administration Planning of schedule and deployment of manpower Preparation and submission of report / quotation and follow up with the necessity arrangement to complete the task Coordination with sub-contractors, if any, on maintenance / repair / A&A works Any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company. Job Requirements Min. 5 yrs of related working experience in air conditioning industry. Min. ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Troubleshooting skills for various types of air conditioning systems. Possesses Class 3 driving license. Bilingual in Chinese and English (to correspond with Chinese speaking clients and end user on maintenance issues). Singaporean / Permanent Resident.
