Job Description

:

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on customer chillers, including scheduled periodic servicing, annual maintenance, and compressor overhauls. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify root causes of chiller issues and recommend appropriate countermeasures. Coordinate after-sales service communications with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, service providers, subcontractors, and engineers. Provide technical guidance and instructions to subcontractors regarding maintenance procedures and best practices. Offer technical support and professional recommendations to customers to enhance system reliability and performance. Contribute to increasing after-sales service revenue and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Multi-year experience on engineer in chiller or/and heating/cooling plant engineering business. Chiller/Plant operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Conduct site survey, plan and schedule for chiller compressor overhaul with sub-contractor A wide range of knowledge on chiller or/and heating/cooling plant engineering. Effective communication skills (written and spoken) to interface with parties both inside and outside the organization, overseas. Ability to explain to customer about technical issue General knowledge about mechanical and electrical Attend to customer enquiries and complaint, including 24/7 service call Strong troubleshooting skill of electrical Hand-on troubleshooting and maintenance work Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course is advantage
