Establish and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
Enable feedback from customers and the service market in general to reach the appropriate organisation
Stay up to date with relevant developments, routines, processes and news within major customers active in business area
Cooperate with the local service network
Comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements
Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to the relevant persons
Support sales activities such as follow-up on leads and quotes while at site, as agreed with sales responsible.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
