Job Description

Our client is a Singapore-based engineering firm focused on delivering precision cooling solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centres and high-performance computing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems, including emergency response and equipment power-up/down procedures. Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Provide on-site technical support and training to clients, ensuring proper understanding of Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and coordinate with their engineering teams to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards. Prepare detailed service reports, maintain accurate documentation, and submit regular activity and progress updates. Oversee site and contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, executing daily work schedules, and supporting any assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. At least 2 years of practical experience in maintenance engineering, preferably with ACMV/DX systems. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Familiar with CRAC, WDS, or similar critical infrastructure equipment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Flexible and willing to perform standby duties, including working weekends and public holidays as needed. Physically fit to handle hands-on work in data center environments.



Salary: Up to $3,500.





Working Location: East.





5.5 days work week.
