Job Description
- 5 Day (Monday - Friday) | 8.45am to 6.15pm
- Working Location: Island wide (Client Site) | [Office] Boon Lay Way
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Allowance

Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is a Service & Project position in the field of environmental systems.
Requirement
- Class 3 Driving License is a must, Company vehicle provided
- Diploma or Degree in any engineering fields.
- Prior experience in a similar industry with similar experience with proven track record of success.
- Engineering background to understand the drawings and any technical detail in supporting our clients on site.
- Planning and scheduling of Project activities
- Service, trouble shoot, installation, commissioning and maintain our range of equipment on sites.
- Provide continuous after sales support such as helping customers identify problems with installed equipment (if any), recommending improved material, machinery or parts for replacement and maintenance.
- Coordination with Customers (mainly PUB/ NEA), Suppliers and Contractors and maintain high standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with customers
- Continuously improve on own\'s knowledge on supplier\'s products with the aim to introduce technology that add value to the customers.
- Product training to customers and business partners.
- Maintaining and updating a data base on equipment and spare parts catalogs, protocol manuals, data books, salvaging tools and materials where possible.
