My client is a Multinational company specializing in Piping Solution, seeking a dedicated

Service Engineer

to support our full range of welding machines. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive reliable service and technical expertise through calibration, repair, maintenance, and training.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and perform regular checks on the in-house rental fleet. Manage service room organization and ensure optimal stock of spare parts to minimize repair turnaround time. Provide after-sales service, including commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs of welding machines. Prepare relevant documentation and respond to technical queries via phone, email, or on-site. Conduct in-house and on-site training on solvent cementing, welding processes, and machine operation. Perform scheduled follow-ups during project phases to ensure adherence to welding procedures. Maintain scheduled customer contact for machine calibration services. Build and manage a customer database and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed. Support the sales team during customer visits, exhibitions, seminars, and training sessions by identifying service needs and providing technical insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support. Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. Knowledge of welding machine operation and servicing preferred. Strong command of English and effective communication skills. BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) certificate is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,300.00 per month
