Job Scope:

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various kitchen machinery and equipment, including ovens, mixers, refrigerators, freezers, and more.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot technical issues, and execute timely repairs to minimize disruptions to kitchen operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and replacement parts.
• Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to proactively identify potential equipment issues and provide effective solutions.
• Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment to enhance overall kitchen efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine maintenance techniques and technologies.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to source spare parts and technical assistance when necessary.

Additional Information:

• At least 3 years of experience in machine maintenance in commercial kitchen or food production setting.
• Knowledge of various kitchen equipment, their components, and operational principles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
