Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and repair services for the company\'s cleaning equipment.
Perform on-site troubleshooting on various electrical circuitry and diagnose product performance problems.
Lead a team of technicians in providing excellent service support, ensuring job completion targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety requirements.
Produce detailed and precise service reports upon job completion to document the work done.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and problem-solving initiatives while providing on-site technical support.

Job Requirements:

Relevant working experience in the automobile industry with knowledge in engines and hydraulics (electrical and mechanical experience is an advantage).
Good technical and communication skills, as well as people management skills.
Possess a valid qualified driving license.
Familiar with MS Office and email.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Working location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided).
Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:15AM - 5:30PM.
