Job Description
Our client is a Singapore based company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Service Engineer to join their Service Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Duties of Service Engineer:
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of specialized laboratory, research, and analytical equipment.
- Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.
- Minimum NITEC in relevant field
- Experience in related field
- Experience in servicing Refrigeration / Robotic Liquid equipment is an added advantage
