We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems remotely or on-site.
Provide technical support and training to customers and end users.
Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
Maintain proper tools, inventory, and documentation while in the field.
Travel to client sites locally or regionally as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Proven experience as a field or service engineer preferred; or at least 7 years of service engineer
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, control logics, or mechanical assemblies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to travel for business and work flexible hours when needed.
Possess a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Able to attend to emergency
Experience with relevant systems or software--e.g., Microsoft office, etc
Basic programming or network configuration knowledge is a plus.
