Monitor condition of network, server, application and security measures
Provide technical helpdesk support (24/7 standby) on IT and audio-visual issues on a weekly rotational basis with allowance.
Perform routine maintenance tasks which includes update firmware/patches, asset tracking, status update
Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify faults
Liaise and coordinate on the recovery of system with distributors or relevant vendor

Requirements
Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering / IT networking or any other relevant field of studies
Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure), Microsoft OS skills, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware and IT network knowledge would be an advantage
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Display positive learning attitude and aptitude
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under stress and independently
