position: Service Engineer

location: East

job type: full time

5 days weeks

basic + bonus + allowance

Responsibilities:

. Perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.

. Support maintenance, commission, install, retrofit, and repair.

. Sales schedule planning & prepare reports for management's review.

Maintain service quality to customer's questions & problem.
. create and generate technical reports

Manage assets that are devoted to supporting service Develop service opportunities and provide sales service support Travel to perform service locally & overseas Coordinate and support contractors.
. Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

in engineering qualification
. Min 3 years' experience in semicon industry

. Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing.

. Customer-centric with good oral & written skills

. Hand-on with a can-do attitude

Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving,
. independent, goal driven.
