Work Location: Various location within Mainland Singapore Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 5.30pm Monthly Salary: up to $4400 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

Oversee daily service operations and maintenance activities for elevator and escalator systems to ensure smooth functionality and customer satisfaction. Monitor service performance, proactively reduce call-back rates, and address recurring issues through preventive and corrective actions. Respond to customer feedback and complaints with timely follow-ups and site inspections to uphold service quality standards. Ensure all service activities comply with company safety, environmental, and quality protocols. Conduct cost analysis to track labor and parts usage, aligning operational efficiency with profit targets. Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for equipment repairs, upgrades, and value-added services. Lead and motivate service teams through performance reviews, coaching, and continuous development. Foster strong communication and working relationships with internal departments, clients, and external service providers. Contribute to ad hoc tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational processes.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering which is recognized by relevant authority

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

in the lift and escalator industry In-depth knowledge of lift and escalator systems, including their technology and maintenance procedures. Flexible and willing to travel to multiple customer locations as part of service operations. Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
