COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established in the early 1970s, this organization operates as a regional hub for international trading activities in Southeast Asia. It specializes in the distribution of steel, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, energy resources, and food products, particularly seafood.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing on-site service operations
• Planning and executing service assignments
• Troubleshooting and documenting technical issues
• Preparing detailed service reports
• Providing technical advice and recommending solutions
• Conducting risk assessments
• Training team members
• Handling claims and deviations

Performing general administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Marine-related experience (e.g., vessel crew or marine equipment supplier)
• Experience in the marine sector preferred, but candidates from other industries with an interest in the marine sector are welcome
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment faults
• Willingness to travel, including overseas assignments
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Valid driving license required
