- Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Willing to learn new skill and new methodology
- Support 24/7 stand by (occasionally)
