Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Saturday: 8.00AM to 12.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus + 7 Days AL (with Additional 1 Day AL per year) + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, retrofit, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting,
The workshop and field battery replacement for the complete range of the Company\'s power protection products.
Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.
To provide 24/7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
Accountable to customer relationship to deliver best in class services delivered to drive service quality to new height, drives customer satisfaction
Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented response to all technical
Identify and isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action
On-The-Job Training for customer personnel and possibly dealers in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities
To assist the Senior Field Service Engineer /Service Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Field Service department.
Always emphasize on ESH at work and undergo required training periodically.
To comply with all and any reasonable requests and task assignment made by the Service Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Electrical related fields
Preferably with power & electrical related knowledge
No experience welcome, training will be provided
