Purpose of the position


Responsible for ensuring an efficient processing of enquiries/orders. Maintains good relationships with customers and ensures updated knowledge of customers\' needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities


  • Support a team of PSA service supervisors & technicians in daily operational and administrative matters.
  • Manage service job reports and daily timesheets, ensuring information is accurate and all required documentation is in placed.
  • Act as a liaison between off-site supervisors/technicians and other departments.
  • Kalmar Klick and SAP Key User, maintaining service contracts, contract conditions and installed base up to date.
  • Responsible for PSA Pass/Car Pass entry applications/renewals/cancellation.
  • Generate data from SAP as and when required.
  • Responsible for ISO safety related documentation, including maintenance of all lifting equipment and PPE.
  • Generating productivity incentive for PSA service technicians.
  • Responsible for local service warranty claims and related matters.


What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to succeed


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an added point.
