Adecco is partnering with one of the leading training services that specifically-designed programmes to equip the people with the right knowledge to meet with tomorrow's rising expectations and challenges. They are currently looking for an Executive (Industry Engagement and Learning Institute) to join their team.

(A)
Plans, develops, and executes Service Excellence strategies and programmes through setting up of customer service systems, developing service blueprints and standards, monitoring and improving service delivery
Analyses customer service-related data to draw insights for designing of effective service excellence policies and programmes
Support/implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, retention and satisfaction
(B)
Work closely with sector agencies and industry partners on industry development/sensing
Track programmes' progress updates and industry related information/statistics
Work with internal and external partners to support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices/programmes
Provide timely administrative reports to the management
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years' related experience in similar capacity
Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications, from digital marketing to event planning and management
Proficient(preferred) in marketing/social media platforms like Wix, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationship
Excellent written and verbal communications and project management skills
Creative, dynamic and resourceful with relevant network and contacts
Meticulous and inquisitive attitude with strong follow-up skills
Team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
