PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Assists the Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Information Technology Department. Assists in establishing hardware maintenance programs and procedures in case of system interruptions. Assists in ensuring security of data storage and protection.

Key Areas:

  • Front Office System / F&B System
  • Desktop Support
  • WinAC Back Office System and Guest Service System (KnowCross)
  • POS (Infrasys)
  • FCS Call Accounting System
  • Networking and Switches
  • Knowledge of HSIA/ WiFi
  • Knowledge of IT Security
  • Back Up and Recovery
  • Others
  • Other Duties
