Responsibilities:

Bid Management \xe2\x80\x93

  • Manage all Bids allocated to his/her Service Lines within AGS APAC
  • Trigger internal Gates Review for the Bids.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to Sales Team
  • Control bid process to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure bids status/details are up to date in Salesforce
Service Line Management \xe2\x80\x93
  • Responsible to establish the Yearly OI & Sales forecast (MYB)
  • Owns the commercial performance (OI, Sales, GM) of the assigned Service Lines within AGS APAC
  • Build, renew and maintain the current year actual plan to performance for his/her assigned Service Line against BR/MYB forecast
  • Maintain and consistently update the roadmap to meet & deliver to the BR/MYB objectives
  • Work closely with Sales team, CSMs, Supply Chain, Finance & Central team towards achieving the OI, Sales & GM Objectives
  • Identify the Risks & Opportunities with Sales Team and CSM Team.
  • Establish strong and constructive relationships within the ASW Central organization and work with these colleagues to achieve positive business results.
  • Provide any reports, analysis and/or information to Director, Customer Services & Sales Operations on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI, Visual Basic
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Analytical
  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Working location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
