Service Line Manager Marine (Marine Lead)

Egis Group are currently on target to achieve our five-year business plan. As part of Egis Group\'s ongoing growth and strategic transformation globally, we are looking to engage with a Marine Lead for the Asia region, to support our transportation business line within the port space.

Job description

• Support APAC Region in building and implementing the overall Marine & Ports strategic goals
• Support EGIS business development : participation to business meetings and proposal preparation (bid manager)
• Key Account Manager for Marine & Port Clients (for example: public port authorities, private ports operators, contractors \xe2\x80\xa6)
• Coordinate with HQ Ports team (based in France)
• Develop and manage local (Asia) Marine Team
• Expand and manage client relationships and expectation
• Act as Project Director for local projects:

ensures that Marine project teams comply with project execution plans, including design management, project management and BIM management plans * Engages with Marine Team Technical Specialists to confirm project approach

Track the relevant project budget. * Coordinate with other Disciplines Lead / Directors (JMIP \xe2\x80\xa6 ) to ensure all sister firms are well aware of Egis Marine Team capabilities and availabilities to support

• Support the team on complex projects by appointing the right resources and implementing budget control.

Profile

• Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Considerable experience in engineering consulting firm (estimate 10+ years)
• Strong grounding in port related projects
• Candidate should have experience working in Asia / South East Asia
• Preference for person to have worked or been based in Thailand or Singapore
• Fluent in English, with local language a benefit
