As a business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, with headquarters in Germany, we offer our business partners an extensive product and service range of drive train and chassis technology in original equipment manufacturing (OEM) quality. Currently, we are seeking suitably qualified individual to join our regional headquarters in Singapore to prepare for the challenges of the future.

Location: Tuas Drive 1, Singapore 638678 (ZF Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd)

Your role:

  • This position is within the Regional Sales team responsible for managing/ coordinating all Workshops and Service activities to support existing business and develop/ execute technical support to Service Partners, Sales Team and external customers.
  • Manage Workshop operations in sub-region Asean countries
  • Manage service support and requests internally and externally
  • Resources planning for workshop planning and service mechanics
  • Provide Technical training and support to Sales team, Service Partners and external customers
  • Seek and expand collaborations with Automotive schools and technical institutes
  • Develop and Conduct Specialized technology training programs and training revenue generations
  • Field Warranty support
  • Service Partners Audits and workshop readiness
  • Zero accident in workshops.
  • Engineers and mechanical technical knowledge learning and up-grading
  • Digital service set-up
  • Increase efficiencies and productivities in Workshop and MRO operational processes.
Your profile:
  • Strong business acumen, and knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket Workshop operations.
  • Strong automotive technical know-how of ASEAN/Taiwan markets and hands-on mindset
  • Engineering or Automotive MRO, Technical support and Training background
  • Strong network with Automotive technical and training institutes
  • 10 years\' experience in Automotive Aftermarket and Industrial technical and service support.
  • Strong strategic agility, high influencing & impacting skills & ability to manage high complexity & stakeholders with different backgrounds
