In this role, you will be executing new and after sales business activity, provide technical support, resolving customer issues to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction level. This role is based at Singapore. Direct reporting to General Manager, you will proactively involve in self-directed learning and practical exposure for continuous improvement competence, increase productivity and maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed.

• Responsible for day-to-day workshop management, the role involving strategic plans for optimized productivity on resource planning and utilization, delegating the service team and decision making to drive the profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer services and act as point of liaison between principle and customers when required.
• Hands on with the routine maintenance procedure and be able to guide/train junior mechanics and technicians into doing the repair and maintenance job well.
• He might be needed for rescue mission if the mechanic / technician encounters difficult repairs.
• Pre-work trouble shooting might be required to guide the team into performing the correct repair/service.
• Follow up and ensure important jobs are done and communicated to the relevant parties, including the sales/rental team.
• Ensure workers harmonious working environment, promote a Health and Safety culture within the business
• Review the quotation to customer for the lead time and cost involving the workshop service

• Diploma in Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering/Automotive
