Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila's second largest business district. Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
DUTIES
Overall responsible for the administration and operations of Chinese Restaurant. He/she will maximize profits, maintain food/beverage/ service quality and ensure customer satisfaction and ensure food safety in compliance with SFSMS Policies.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage /Hospitality Management
Minimum 2 years experience in an international class hotel, preferably with at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity
Preferably computer literate
Fluent in oral & written English
A self-starter, displays initiative & is creative/open-minded
A team leader/builder, customer & people-oriented
Flexible, willing to work long hours
This position is available on a local package only
