Job Description

To be responsible for managing a team of medical service engineers, providing after- sales service support to healthcare customers and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional/administrative support.

• To be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, by negotiating and securing service contracts for labour and comprehensive maintenance packages
• Managing a team of medical service engineers, providing after- sales service support to healthcare customers and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through providing post-sales technical/functional/administrative support
• To provide technical consultancy and support to customers for medical devices and imaging equipment
• To support Service Engineers in any troubleshooting as and when necessary.
• To constantly develop and upgrade technical and competency skills of the service team in order to provide quality service.
• To perform any other work as and when required.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an engineering Degree, preferably with the background knowledge Medical Devices and Radiology Equipment
• Prior sales experience & product knowledge in medical imaging solutions would be an added advantage
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
• Target driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Singaporeans or Singapore PR only
