Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
Respond to customer complaints with tact and professionally to manage customers\' expectations.
Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Taking instructions from Headquarters and execute policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Lead team to implement change
Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations
Train new and current employees on any SOPs and best customer service practices.
Provide leadership and team building for staff
Create and maintain the staff schedule and track tardiness and absenteeism
Provide regular feedback to staff to improve productivity and efficiency
Interview potential new hires when necessary.
Handle dispute and disciplinary matters at store level
Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team.
Conduct staff performance assessment process
Job Requirements Education:
Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Qualification
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Comfortable working long shifts if required and on weekends and PHs
