Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day production\'s operations
  • Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer complaints with tact and professionally to manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
  • Ensure the adherence of standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Taking instructions from Top Management and execute policies and protocols that will maintain future operations
  • Lead team to implement change
  • Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations
  • Train new and current employees on any SOPs and best customer service practices
  • Provide leadership and team building for staff
  • Provide regular feedback to staff to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Handle dispute and disciplinary matters
  • Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team

Job Requirement

Education: 1. Master / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or Engineering/ Diploma in any field. 2. It is an advantage to have a professional certification such as project management professional (PMP), a certified production and inventory management (CPIM) or a certified professional in business analysis (CBAP), but it is not required. 3. Driving License is not a requirement, but it is an advantage.
