  • To plan, strategize, execute and project manage programmes effectively.
  • To administer the service quality policy exceeding customer expectations.
  • To build and maintain positive relationship with clients and ensure the clients are pleased with training outcomes and working experience.
  • To coordinate with programme managers/directors for manpower, logistical as well as administrative needs for all programmes represented.
  • To work closely with consultants to plan and execute proper work processes and ensure timely and accurate feedback is channeled to departments concerned to facilitate work improvement.
  • To ensure pre and post programme/ event/ camp/ completion.
  • To support sales consultant to achieve and co deliver the annual target or the monthly generation of sales revenue.
