Want to be a part of our team? The primary responsibility of the Service Request Engineer is to monitor and handle service requests following agreed procedures and service level agreement (SLA) target in compliance with the defined Service Request Management Lifecycle.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and handle service requests following agreed procedures.
  • Process and Procedure documentation maintenance and review.
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of service request progress, responds to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
  • Maintains records, informs users about the process and advises relevant persons of actions taken.
  • Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects.
  • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Requirement:
  • NITEC, \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Levels, ITE, Diploma or equivalent
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Possess good inter-personal communication skills
  • Minimum two (2) years of IT experience in service request fulfilment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Azure and M365 Fundamental is an added advantage
  • Able to start work on short notice
