General Scope of Work
In charge of all Service Sales matters/activities in meeting Service Sales plan target that includes planning, organizing, meeting customers, securing conversion units, contract renewals, recapturing, price adjustments, cancellation prevention, securing service sales orders and execution of orders to realize sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan Service Sales activities to meet annual sales target.
• Source for potential Service Sales & conduct site survey.
• Visit existing and new potential customers to build and strengthen rapport and customer relationship management; Handle customers on various sales and technical related issues.
• Work closely with Service Operations, internal parties, subcontractors and factories to obtain relevant information/supporting documents for sales activities/quotations/liaising with customers.
• Prepare regular sales status reports to update Service Sales Team/management.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety activities.
• Comply with Otis core values such as Safety, Ethics and Compliance.
• Participate in company-wide learning and development activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior sales experience in elevator and escalators industry will be advantageous.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Willing to learn on the job and as a team player.
